Jon Hinnant Swift Screwed Up Again
A bedevilled sex offender from Waynesboro was arrested this week for anally raping an autistic man afterward bar-hopping in Augusta, according to Burke County authorities.
Robert Lee Mapp Jr., 51, of Cedar Drive, was charged with felony sodomy and exploitation and intimidation of disabled adults. The victim is a 23-twelvemonth-old man with autism who ended upward at Doctors Hospital after the drunken assault at the suspect'southward house, authorities said.
Mapp is the same human charged with child molestation in 1998. In that instance, Estimate Carl, C. Brownish J. gave him 12 months of probation on a reduced plea to "sexual battery." A charge of "furnishing alcohol to minors" was dismissed equally part of the 1999 plea. (Story continues below)

At the restaurant, Mapp convinced the man to go bar-hopping, which took them to Joe'southward Underground and Metro Coffeehouse.
"By the time he got to The Metro Coffeehouse, he had half dozen drinks and was feeling rather drunk, just Lee asked did he desire to ride to the state to a friend's house for a blaze," the report says. "He told Lee no that he didn't want to leave. … The drinks had him very messed upwardly (and) he agreed to leave only doesn't remember that."
He was taken to Pub on Highway 56, where they played puddle, and he had his seventh drink for the night. The victim got ill on the way to Mapp'due south home, and he couldn't walk from the vehicle without aid.

Here is how the sheriff's written report describes the assault:
"Afterward entering the residence, Lee took him to the bathroom (and) undressed him before undressing himself. Both parties were in the shower naked together and Lee was washing off the throw-upwardly. Things were fuzzy at the residence just he remembers being face downwardly in the bed with Lee on pinnacle of him screaming and in a lot of hurting. He woke upwards the side by side morning around nine a.thousand. and he stated his rear end was in a lot of hurting, and he knew something was wrong."
The victim told investigators that he felt very disoriented and didn't want to wake the doubtable. Only when Mapp awoke, the suspect performed oral sexual activity on the victim and sodomized him. Mapp insisted they shower and then become swallow.
"He felt very helpless through all this, and he didn't know what to do or who to call," the report said. "(He) also stated that Lee showed him a pistol he has and he was scared he might use it, then he just went forth with everything he said or did."
They ate at Rabbit Hole restaurant in Waynesboro and Mapp took the victim to his vehicle in Augusta. Once Mapp was gone, the homo deleted all their text messages and blocked his number.
At Doctors Hospital, a sexual set on kit was completed. Mapp was arrested on Monday and booked at the Burke County Detention Center, where he remained without bond on Friday.
